The book is a collection of the regular articles appearing in the traditional English humourous magazine "Punch",during the 1970s when President Idi Amin tyrannised the African country of Uganda.
Utilising phonetic spelling and current idiom to lampoon this odious dictator the series became immensely popular, however success also won the attention of the Politically Correct Commissars who pompously halted the satire.
